Over 2/3rds of homes in Central Texas are leased via the Multiple Listing System (MLS). Hendricks Real Estate is a member of the Austin, San Marcos/New Braunfels, and San Antonio MLS systems. These memberships, and the commissions paid to tenant agents, add cost to our operations, but we do this for every property under management to ensure we find you the best tenant in the least amount of time. Many other PMs skip listing homes on the MLS to reduce their overhead. At HRE, we never put our financial interests ahead of yours.
In addition to the MLS, your home will be advertised on all of the popular real estate websites like Zillow and Trulia.
