Alicia is a seasoned bookkeeper with over 15 years at Hendricks Real Estate. She is a proud Austinite and a University of Texas alum. When she's not managing finances, she’s often found on the water - sailing, exploring underwater while scuba diving, or hitting the trails on her mountain bike.

Born and raised in Boston, MA, Beverly moved to Central Texas in 2004. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2012, she's had experience helping buyers and tenants locate their next home, and sellers get top dollar for their property. Beverly has ample experience working with investors and 1031 exchanges. More recently, her tenants have praised her for being a Property Manager who is on top of things. Whether it's helping you manage your property, buy, sell, or lease, your satisfaction is Beverly's priority!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband and two teenagers, as well as strengthening her Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing skills.

With over a decade of diverse experience in the real estate industry, Cherie has a wealth of knowledge - in mortgage lending, real estate, and property management. Her comprehensive understanding of the market allows Cherie to guide clients through every stage of their real estate journey, from securing financing to finding the perfect property. She’s passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for all my clients.

Cherie & her family relocated to San Antonio in 2022 from Salt Lake City, Utah and have loved getting to know Texas. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, three daughters and two dogs.

Edyta Sawin has been a Central Texas resident since 1997, after having been born and raised in Poland (and speaks Polish fluently). She has 15+ years of experience in the Title Industry prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent. Edyta has bought and sold her own real estate investments for years, and can assist in a wide variety of transaction types.

In her personal life, Edyta is a mom to two incredible young ladies. Her older daughter - Kassandra - is a graduate of Baylor Nursing School and an officer in the US Air Force. Her younger daughter Julia, is a student at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.

As an Assistant Property Manager, Kat is committed to creating a seamless and enjoyable living experience for our residents. Kat works closely with our property managers to foster positive tenant relations, manage utilities, send important notices, screen applications, and manage other day-to-day operations. With a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, she strives to maintain HRE’s properties to the highest standards. Her dedication to excellent service ensures that our community feels valued and truly at home.

Kavon has been a dedicated professional in real estate and property management since 2016. Known for his friendly demeanor, he is passionate about building strong relationships with both property owners and residents. Outside of work, Kavon is an avid college football fan and loves spending quality time with his young kids, who are the center of his world. He strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all those he serves.

Originally from Nebraska, Kevin relocated to the Austin area on the recommendation of friends. He loves all that Austin has to offer and has been here now for over 30 years.

Kevin obtained a B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska in Natural Resources. While working as an Operations Manager for a large residential remodeling company he became interested in the Property Management aspects of real estate. It was during that time that he obtained his real estate license. He is currently involved in HOA Management in the Austin and surrounding areas.

Kevin enjoys working with clients and works hard to find them the ideal property that best fits their needs.

Kojo has 10+ years experience in general technology consulting specializing in performing ERP system implementations. With his background in engineering, he has applied his skillset to reengineering business processes to be more efficient and effective by leveraging technology. Kojo has spent the last few years working exclusively in the property management industry where he has supported organizations to leverage SaaS platforms and automate their workflows.

Outside of work, Kojo enjoys a wide array of musical genres and is up for just about any challenging DIY project.

Meet Lorie Lopez, a proud Texan who grew up in Corpus Christi and has called the Austin area home for the past 19years. With over 20 years of wedded bliss and four beautiful children, Lorie knows the importance of family. When she's not savoring the art of barbecuing or enjoying outdoor activities with her loved ones and furry friends, Lorie's passion lies in property management and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Mary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Property Management, having worked as an Assistant Property Manager and Executive Assistant for over a decade. Her strong background is complemented by her studies in law and Real Estate providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

As a lifelong resident of Austin, Michelle knows the many neighborhoods inside and out and can help you find a property that best suits your needs. Mike is a long time resident of Circle C in southwest Austin. Having a diverse background in high tech engineering, sales and marketing has given him an edge in his pursuit of buying, selling and liquidating small businesses for himself and his clients. Coupling business asset acquisition with real estate has been a goal for Mike and having recently received his real estate agent license will enable him to serve a broader spectrum of clients.

Mike is a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Notary Association (NNA) and is a certified tax preparer. Most importantly, Mike enjoys the leisurely lifestyle in Austin with Eva, his guiding light for nearly 50 years. When Mike’s not helping clients turn their visions into reality, you'll find him connecting with their children in Arizona and Colorado.

Pursuing her passion and drive for numbers, Sam serves as HRE’s principal bookkeeper complimenting the 20+ years experience she has in Property Management. Sam first moved to Austin TX at just 5 years of age, and eventually moved to the Buda/Kyle area. She is a mom of four boys, who constantly keep her on her toes. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can catch Sam at live music venues or country dance floors.

With over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sylvia has diverse knowledge encompassing sales, leasing, property management, and investments. As a graduate of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, Sylvia has earned her GRI and offers specialized knowledge and expertise that set her apart in the field. Having lived in Austin for over 20 years, she has a deep understanding of the local market and community dynamics.

Sylvia’s extensive background in various facets of real estate, combined with her long standing connection to the Austin area, positions her as a trusted professional capable of delivering exceptional service to her clients. Tim has had a passion for real estate and investing since an early age, making his first Austin area investment while a sophomore at the University of Texas, and has not stopped since. A bit of a vagabond, he has lived, worked or sold a house in just about every corner of the Central Texas area. Investment properties are part of his long-term wealth creation and retirement strategy; he founded Hendricks Real Estate to share that passion with a broader community. Tim has helped many investors buy, lease and sell their properties, often sight-unseen by the investor.

Tim is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has achieved the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation, awarded to < 5% of property managers in the Austin area. He also holds the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM) designations from the Texas Association of REALTORs.

Veronica is a third generation Texan who hails from a small town called Lake Jackson, Texas, south of Houston on the Gulf Coast. She has a daughter in college and two very energetic frenchie dogs Millie and Winston. Veronica originally studied to become a third-generation nurse, but later pursued a career in Real Estate after realizing nursing wasn’t a great fit. Twenty years after this pivotal decision, here she is still loving what she does! Veronica has also worked in Property Management and has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in investment rental properties.
